At Lexico, we successfully obtained the recognition in Ukraine of a judgment issued by a Spanish court. The matter required a detailed assessment of the requirements under Ukrainian law, together with careful preparation of the documentation necessary for the recognition proceedings.
The recognition and enforcement of a foreign judgment in Ukraine are subject to specific procedural and legal requirements.
